Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ (/ˈifgɪ/ /ˈaxæ/ [maroon] [brother]) is a subtropical Town located in the Pinizeva District of the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ was founded by Fg-13r 'OOM-9' Trèqtêyë, who was culturaly Constructi.

Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ was founded durring the early 14th century in winter of the year 1341, by Fg-13r 'OOM-9' Trèqtêyë. The establishment of Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Fg-13r 'OOM-9' Trèqtêyë struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ as a prison colony.

Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ was rocked by a string of powerful winter storms. The worst of the disaster struck The storm coated everything in a thick layer of ice and freezing countless animals, plants, and people to death. Fìkh Ifgǐ Akhæ lost 119 people, and 122 livestock in the disaster.. The disaster is remembered as the Heartbreak Screams, after the sounds of the winds.
